I design and craft wireless lamps and lighing objects that pair mouthblown glass with natural materials - wood, leather and other tactile finishes.

After 30 years in my family’s business making coloured mouthblown glassware, I set out to finally unite that material with light. The result is a small collection of warm luminaires that celebrate material honesty and timeless craftmanship.

In 2024 I founded Wannes Antwerp. The name pays tribute to the Antwerp singer-artist Wannes Van de Velde - a figure whose work and spirit hang in my kitchen (a painting given to me by my father) and who, for me, symbolizes the strong ties to both Antwerp and my family heritage.
